FireVoxel is a medical imaging software for analysis and display of medical images. The emphasis is on fitting the kinetic models to the dynamic MRI, CT, PET, and SPECT acquisitions. Also included are tools for loading DICOM data, image segmentation, region-of-interest drawing, uniformity correction, and coregistration.
